Privacy
Privacy policy
We collect what you type into the scenario form plus first-touch campaign data, use it to reply to your request and shop it with wholesale lenders, and do not sell it. Details on consent, sharing, retention and your California privacy rights follow.
Information you give us
If you send a scenario, you give us the information in the form: name, email, phone, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy, and anything you write in the message field. We need it to reply to your request and to take the scenario to lenders. If you do not want to provide it, do not submit the form; the rest of the site works without it.
Campaign attribution
The site records first-touch attribution — the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here, the landing page and the referring page — in your browser's session storage. It stays in your browser, is used to tell us which pages and campaigns produce inquiries, and is sent with a form submission if you make one. No advertising cookies are set by this site, and no cross-site tracking script is loaded.
Consent to be contacted
The form includes a consent checkbox. By checking it, you agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone, or text, and you acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, by asking us to stop, or by emailing the address below.
Who receives it
- Loan Daddy LLC, which operates this brand and reviews the scenario
- Our customer relationship management system and lead routing infrastructure
- Wholesale lenders we approach about your scenario, once you ask us to
- Service providers that host the site and store records on our behalf
We do not sell your information. Where a service provider processes it for us, it does so under a contract that limits the use to providing the service.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, to comply with recordkeeping obligations that apply to licensed mortgage activity, and to resolve disputes. If a file does not proceed, we keep it for the period required by those obligations and then remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where the law allows it. California residents have rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share it. Send requests to compliance@loandaddy.ai.
Security and links
The site uses HTTPS and stores inquiry records in systems with access controls. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security. Links to other sites are provided for reference; their privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
